Our founder, Osman İnci, entered the mold industry as an apprentice in 2001 and transformed his hands-on field experience—gained from the very fundamentals of production—into professional expertise over the years. His apprenticeship and journeyman period in the İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone laid the foundation for a strong sense of discipline and a commitment to quality.

With the establishment of the first venture in 2008, professional mold manufacturing operations officially began. As of 2020, the company entered a new phase of restructuring. Building on this accumulated knowledge and experience, OSM Kalıp Plastik CNC Makina ve Sanayi was founded in 2024.

Our company operates in the fields of plastic mold manufacturing and plastic part production, with a particular focus on serving the food, healthcare, cosmetics, automotive, and kitchenware industries.
